Delivery is $100 per 20 miles
All rental payments and deposits are non-refundable once an order is confirmed.
If a cancellation request is made:
- 14 or more days before the event date: Payment may be converted to a store credit valid for 6 months.
- 7–13 days before the event date: 50% of the total payment may be issued as store credit.
- Less than 7 days before the event date: No refunds or credits will be issued.
Store credits must be used within 6 months of the original event date and are subject to availability.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once routes have been scheduled.
In the event of severe weather or emergencies, rescheduling may be offered based on availability.
A Party 4 U reserves the right to cancel or refuse service due to unsafe conditions, misuse of equipment, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or credit may be issued at management’s discretion.
Clients are responsible for rented equipment while in their possession. Damage waivers may be available for added protection.
Yes! Pickup options are available during business hours. Please confirm availability and pickup scheduling when booking.
Customers are allowed one (1) reschedule at no charge if requested at least 7 days before the event.
Reschedules:
Must be within 6 months of original event date
Subject to availability
Cannot be transferred to another customer
If the rescheduled date is later canceled, no credit or refund will be issued.Weather does not qualify for refunds. Customers may use their one-time reschedule option if available.
Delivery, setup, and labor fees are non-refundable once scheduled.
